We No Limit Soldiers!

Calling all my No Limit Soldiers...I thought I told you but I have not told you, the ones who used to make it say uuuuuhhhhh. Im talking bout Master P, Silk The Shocker, C Murder, Mystikal, Fiend, Kane and Able, and even Snoopy Doggy Dogg was in the house. Back before muthafuckas had traps goin haaaaaaaaamm, and people rollin or might be rollin there was No Limit Records. Before the Hot Boyz and Lil Weezer had suburbanites chanting "bling bling" there was No Limit Records. Now thanks to those dedicated oontzers over at The Prophet we have available to you a large collections of albums released under the No Limit name, click here to find all your favorite No Limit throwback joints. Please believe the hype, I have a feeling Chester and Cune might lurk/dig a few of these...

N'awlins Graff Life

Flicked these while riding around Downtown and on the outskirts of New Orleans, these areas are similar to our own Short North/Vic. Village/Near Eastside hoods. First sign of graff I saw in the city was a Syms on a roof off of I-10 followed by the flick below...

^This Evak was on a block similar to our High and Broad intersections, dude was up the most in the city from what I saw...

^I was geeked when I caught this You Go Girl right across the street from a Wal-Mart....

^I ate at this buffet that served frog legs and got the shits from some bad asian chicken...
Bought some dolla cans and got down on this slop jam while having mud butt/the beegees, very uncomfortable and I think the sloppiness expresses this. But the Graff Scene in the N.O. reminds me of Detroits, I mean the city in general does. Alot of abandon buildings even more so post Katrina, street spots galore, fill ins curbside, and a handful of well known and out of town writers. Like I said before a trip to this town as a crew is a must!

N'awlins Streets and Ish

These pics are from my trip to New Orleans and Mississippi. Most of them are from New Orleans cause fuck Mississippi that state I was not feeling too much. I have more but these I took with my phone while driving around so enjoy....click the pics to enlarge.

^Found this at Port Columbus

^Landing in the South...

^Driving through Mississippi and Louisiana alot of nice lake homes...

^ Just off I-10 in New Orleans...

^Superdome, I saw the Cowboys Stadium while in Dallas and was more impressed w/this...

^Bourbon St.

^Most of these were flicked while in the French Quarter
The following were from the Audubon Park and Tulane University...

^A bird shat on me for the first time while having a moment w/my girl at the park...

^Leaving "The Big Easy"

^Bridge over Lake Pontchartrain

Now in Mississippi so no pics needed you didn't miss anything...
And back at the DFW Airport on my way home to Ohio. I would have took more flicks but I was too busy running around like a little kid to think about it. What I learned from this trip is that they still haven't fully recovered from Katrina, but everyone in the "Bayou" area loves The Saints, chicken, large trucks, driving bad, Lil Wayne and Birdman aren't easy to find, don't eat at Chinese buffets in the south and I only saw one confederate flag the entire trip. New Orleans is an awesome town. It reminds me of Detroit but with a more vibrant downtown where funtime can be made. A trip back as a crew is a must for the future.
